Who we are

HOVER is committed to uncovering and verifying the health impacts of toxic exposures unique to rotary-wing aviation. We seek to drive scientific research, inform medical policy, and advocate for congressional recognition, targeted funding, and VA policy reform to address cancer risks and health consequences tied to military helicopter operations.

Through data, testimony, and coalition-building, we ensure that those who served in the air receive the answers, care, and accountability they deserve.

Our mission is forward-looking - We are determined to make rotary-wing aviation safer for the next generation of aviators, leaving the cockpit better than we found it.

Uncover. Validate. Reform.

A soldier in camo with a helmet featuring a night vision attachment, wearing a mask with a sinister grin design, stands in front of a military helicopter. Text below reads 'HOVER Helicopter Operators for Validated Exposure Reform.' The background shows a dramatic, cloudy sky with hints of red.
